Vin or licence plate number already exists

I have a issue in the customer list. When I create a customer with licence and vin and delete it, I can not recreate that customer with same licence and vin. It says "Vin or licence plate number already exists. Please enter again", even when there are no customers on the list. I don't know what to do, and this should not be an issue.Maxisys ultraTags: Data_manager , customer
